Join NICA graduate Merlene Hutt for a high energy aerial silks masterclass. Drop It Like It’s Hot is jam packed with thrilling drops, tricks, and techniques, including the Junkyard Crotch Crusher (aka Hip Lock Slack Drop) and even more! 

 

Participant Requirements: 

Previous aerial experience (Beginner and Come & Try classes do not count) 

Strong grip strength (Can you hang from the silks with just your hands?) 

Confidence in getting into a hip lock in the air (Most drops in this class start from a hip lock! If you don’t know what that is, this class isn’t for you.) 

 

We recommend wearing full-length or ¾-length leggings and tight-fitting t-shirts/long sleeve tops, for comfort and protection against friction from the apparatus.
